You've done a great job on my 20 year old Jaguar.
My car may be the second love of my life and I may try to look after it as well as I can, but the valet job you have done today is outstanding.
Your attention to detail is impressive and the exterior and interior both look transformed into new again. The polish has given the body a deep shine and the interior is really nice and clean without any unpleasant smells from the cleaning materials; all the leather has obviously enjoyed having a feed and is much better for the treatment.

FORD FOCUS ESTATE – FULL VALET
As I was looking to sell our four year old car I wanted to find a good valet service in the Blackmore Vale. I rang round half a dozen and the one that not only had the clearest website but also the most helpful and polite response to my telephone enquiry was Immaculate Reflection.
They could not have been more helpful in agreeing a convenient time and Mark arrived punctually and got on with the job in a highly professional and efficient way. We have four children and two dogs and must live in the muddiest part of Somerset. The car cloth upholstery was badly stained, dog hairs were everywhere and there were also scratches on the bodywork from Somerset hedges, so we asked for the full works!
Mark worked very hard all day and was very cheerful and helpful throughout. He has achieved the most outstanding result and the car really does look like new. He has done wonders with the scratches, the exterior is gleaming and the interior is as new. It has restored the car’s market value and it is money very well spent indeed. The car is once again a pleasure to drive – although I think we will now ban the dogs from using it!
We will definitely become regular customers of Immaculate Reflection and I cannot say strongly enough how delighted we are with Mark Haim’s quality work. I would recommend him unhesitatingly to others who want a thoroughly reliable valeting service at a very competitive price.

Machine Polish
Mark, `thank you' for machine polishing my car today. As you know I got let down by the chap I normally use and stumbled across your very professional website and left a late night email inquiry.
This was dealt with the next morning and I was very impressed with how I was treated. I am very fussy about my cars and having someone I didn't know was a concern, but this soon went when I met you and saw that you also were a perfectionist too!
I am really pleased with the work you did and the price I paid. I would be happy to recommend you to friends and family and almost glad I got let down by my original valeter, as I've found myself a new one!

2001 Ford Mondeo 2.0 Zetec Sport - Full valet.
I recently won a free full car valet courtesy of a charity auction at the Red Berry Recruitment Yeovil branch open day, which was kindly donated by Mark at Immaculate Reflection.
I dropped my car off with Mark in the morning at my convenience. The car was covered in mud on the outside and it also had grubby seats, one of which had really deep water damage which i asumed i would never get out.
A few hours later i returned to collect my car. I could not believe the transformation; all the road tar and dirt had been taken away and i have never seen such a deep quality finish on the exterior. The real surprise though was when i opened the driver's door because the dirty light interior looked brand new, the stains including the bad water damage on the driver's side had vanished and all the door shutters and places you never clean yourself looked outstanding. I am a firefighter and my car always smells sooty, so the fresh clean smell and incredible dash finish was a really nice surprise.
My car now looks ten years younger, who would of thought my car would turn so many heads?! I have paid for many valets over the years but never seen such a high quality of finish. Mark's attention to detail as well as his passion for cars shines through. My prize draw winning experience has turned me into a future loyal customer for both the wife's car and my own.
I would not trust anybody else but Mark and his highly experienced hands at Immaculate Reflection to valet my cars from now on.
