Frequently asked questions

 

• Do I need to book in advance?

A: Yes. Please get in touch and we'll book your valet in for the date and time you'd like. We recommend you try to book at least a week in advance of needing the valet done, but we will always try to fit you in as quickly as possible if you need something done sooner - so just give us a ring and we can check the diary!

 

• Do you come to me or do I bring my car to you?

A: Either. We are happy to provide a mobile service and come to you. For this we will require the car to be in a position that will allow safe access all round and space to have the tools required by the vehicle too. We also require access to water (for attaching a hose) and electricity. If this is likely to be a problem, you can bring your vehicle to us. We can then drop you back home or at work and pick you back up later when your car is ready for collection (this service applies for free within Yeovil - travel charges may apply if you need dropping outside of Yeovil).

 

• Do you only do valets in Yeovil?

A: No. We are happy to travel to surrounding areas to carry out valets. Please note that for valets outside of Yeovil a travel charge may apply, depending on the value of valet you would like us to carry out. (We usually ask that you have a valet of at least a £60 value if you wish us to travel to you, thank you).

 

• Do you do any sort of discounts?

A: Yes. We are happy to offer trade discounts to businesses that will require regular valeting services, and a loyalty discount to returning private customers. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we can then determine the discount we can offer you.

 

• Can I tailor make a valet?

A: Yes. If you let us know what you would like us to do, we can give you a price for the work involved.

 

• We have a couple of work vans, can you clean them for us?

A: Yes. and if you need them done regularly we can even offer a discount!

 

• I own a garage and alot of customers ask about having their cars valeted, can you come to us and clean their cars here so we can offer the service to our customers?

A: Yes. and if you are likely to have a regular amount we are more than happy to work out a discount for you, enabling you to make a profit from your valet sales.

 

• We often have valeters off sick or on holiday, can you cover their workload?

A: Yes. We can come to you and work on-site for as long as needed for a pre arranged day rate. We are happy to help at busy times aswell, we can collect vehicles and valet off-site if space is limited.

• In extreme cases prices may increase upon inspection of the vehicle, let us know of any heavy dirt or pet hair when booking

• Prices £60 and over on this site cover valets within a 5 mile radius of Yeovil BA20, outside of this area travel charges may apply

• For safety reasons, if we need to remove a childs car seat, we ask that you refit it to ensure it is done correctly

• Payment can be made via Paypal before the valet or cash in person

• Multiple car and loyalty discount available
