I cant speak highly enough of Immaculate Reflection.
I had booked my VW Golf in for a two day package.
I dropped my car off the evening before with no problems.
The finished result including the interior was the best I have ever seen, my - it was indeed Immaculate. Mark had done an amazing job and I for one will be using Immaculate Reflection again. The cost of the two day package is very reasonable.
I cannot recommend Mark and Immaculate Reflection enough. If you are looking for perfection then look no further.

Absolutely amazing service. The level of detail Mark goes into is second to none. Interior and exterior looks like brand new and there are no swirls left in my paintwork. Couldn't recommend enough extreme value for money. Was even able to buy some wax to take home myself as they now produce there own. Smells lush!

This is the first time I've used Mark and it definitely won't be the last, what amazing work! To say the car came up beautifully is an understatement, the paint work is absolutely spotless and now completely free of any swirls and scratches after the the two stage paint correction I booked. Extremely professional, genuine guy who also produces some fantastic smelling waxes and other car cleaning products which I cannot wait to try, highly recommended.

Today was the first time i've used Immaculate Reflection, prompted by someone kindly opening their door on my car and leaving a nice scratch. Now it looks beautiful and you wouldn't know it happened, I've never seen such a shine, even when I spend a day doing it myself. Well worth the money and if you care about your car you'd be stupid not to pay a visit! I'll definitly be back, Can't thank you enough.

Booked my Polo GTI in with Mark for the second time to have a Valet and Machine Polish. Marks attention to detail and workmanship is second to none, my car looks better than it did when i bought it back in 2015. The paint work was starting to look dull with small surface scratches damaging its look, but its now bright and shines thanks to Mark. Mark produces his own Wax which is added to the car, so not only is it clean, its also protected for the months to come.
I would 100% recommend Immaculate Reflection to anyone.

Many thanks for the fabulous job you carried out on my Mazda 2. I know it was less mucky than you were expecting (the car had to be cleaned for a weekend function, hence the very reluctant use of the roadside hand-clean) but it was still grubby and now the car is in show-room condition and smells and looks wonderfully clean inside (and the cat hairs have gone...). Shame about the heavy rain/hail just as you finished, but the paintwork just shrugs off the drops and sparkles like new! I will certainly be back to continue keeping the Mazda at its best.

The moment I got to Marks place I was immediately put at ease, such a lovely friendly and chatty chap. It was like leaving my car with an old friend. He is very passionate about cars and presentation. On collecting the car he showed what work he had done and what areas of concern he had on the paintwork. The car was gleaming inside and out. Cannot fault his work and would highly recommend his business and will be taking my car to Mark again.

Mark has managed to remove faint swirl/scratch marks from my car that has been annoying me, that no amount of hand polishing would remove, by machine polishing and waxing. Great result.......all blemishes gone ....highly recommend.

I just wanted to say a very big thank you for the amazing job you did cleaning my very dirty Landrover Defender. It looks better than the day I bought it brand new!!
It has never been cleaned inside since I bought it 2 and half years ago. In the week I run a childcare setting and it has hundreds of children in and out of it on our daily school runs, then at weekends I treat it like a tractor, collecting all sorts of supplies for our smallholding, transporting 7 dogs around and there has even been the odd sheep and piglet seen travelling in the back!!
So you can imagine my utter shock when I collected my Immaculate Landrover. On the outside it was also covered in scratches from where I had taken it through the car wash, in an attempt to make it look clean!! and yes I have also come a cropper with the “Somerset hedges” ….all scratches have disappeared… unbelievable!!!
I can not recommend Mark enough, it has been a pleasure dealing with him and his wife, they are so helpful and provide an incredible service.
Everyone that has seen it since I got home are so impressed and think I have bought a new car!!
Thank you again, already recommending you to friends and will be back to use your fantastic service again soon.

You've done a great job on my 20 year old Jaguar.
My car may be the second love of my life and I may try to look after it as well as I can, but the valet job you have done today is outstanding.
Your attention to detail is impressive and the exterior and interior both look transformed into new again. The polish has given the body a deep shine and the interior is really nice and clean without any unpleasant smells from the cleaning materials; all the leather has obviously enjoyed having a feed and is much better for the treatment.

As I was looking to sell our four year old car I wanted to find a good valet service in the Blackmore Vale. I rang round half a dozen and the one that not only had the clearest website but also the most helpful and polite response to my telephone enquiry was Immaculate Reflection.
They could not have been more helpful in agreeing a convenient time and Mark arrived punctually and got on with the job in a highly professional and efficient way. We have four children and two dogs and must live in the muddiest part of Somerset. The car cloth upholstery was badly stained, dog hairs were everywhere and there were also scratches on the bodywork from Somerset hedges, so we asked for the full works!
Mark worked very hard all day and was very cheerful and helpful throughout. He has achieved the most outstanding result and the car really does look like new. He has done wonders with the scratches, the exterior is gleaming and the interior is as new. It has restored the car’s market value and it is money very well spent indeed. The car is once again a pleasure to drive – although I think we will now ban the dogs from using it!
We will definitely become regular customers of Immaculate Reflection and I cannot say strongly enough how delighted we are with Mark Haim’s quality work. I would recommend him unhesitatingly to others who want a thoroughly reliable valeting service at a very competitive price.

Mark, `thank you' for machine polishing my car today. As you know I got let down by the chap I normally use and stumbled across your very professional website and left a late night email inquiry.
This was dealt with the next morning and I was very impressed with how I was treated. I am very fussy about my cars and having someone I didn't know was a concern, but this soon went when I met you and saw that you also were a perfectionist too!
I am really pleased with the work you did and the price I paid. I would be happy to recommend you to friends and family and almost glad I got let down by my original valeter, as I've found myself a new one!

I recently won a free full car valet courtesy of a charity auction at the Red Berry Recruitment Yeovil branch open day, which was kindly donated by Mark at Immaculate Reflection.
I dropped my car off with Mark in the morning at my convenience. The car was covered in mud on the outside and it also had grubby seats, one of which had really deep water damage which I assumed i would never get out.
A few hours later i returned to collect my car. I could not believe the transformation; all the road tar and dirt had been taken away and i have never seen such a deep quality finish on the exterior. The real surprise though was when i opened the driver's door because the dirty light interior looked brand new, the stains including the bad water damage on the driver's side had vanished and all the door shutters and places you never clean yourself looked outstanding. I am a firefighter and my car always smells sooty, so the fresh clean smell and incredible dash finish was a really nice surprise.
My car now looks ten years younger, who would of thought my car would turn so many heads?! I have paid for many valets over the years but never seen such a high quality of finish. Mark's attention to detail as well as his passion for cars shines through. My prize draw winning experience has turned me into a future loyal customer for both the wife's car and my own.
I would not trust anybody else but Mark and his highly experienced hands at Immaculate Reflection to valet my cars from now on.
