Definitions

"Company" refers to Immaculate Reflection, the provider of valeting and detailing services.

"Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of the Company.

"Services" refer to the valeting and detailing services provided by the Company.
Booking and Payment

Clients must make a booking for services in advance.

Payment is due in full upon completion of the work.

The Company reserves the right to request a deposit for bookings.

Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.

Prices are as quoted and are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Services

The Company will provide valeting and detailing services as agreed upon with the Client.

Any additional services requested by the Client may incur additional charges.

The Company will make every effort to ensure satisfaction with the services is provided.
Liability

The Company is insured for public liability, however, the Client is responsible for any damage caused by their vehicle during the provision of services.

The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

The Client is responsible for informing the Company of any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle prior to service.

The Company will always inform the client of any issues encountered when carrying out the services.

The Client’s vehicle is cleaned at their own risk.

The Client must consider the risks of having their car cleaned (especially if it has been left to get in a bad state) and by bringing their vehicle in for the Services, they accept these risks. For example, polishing paint has a risk of the paint being burnt through. Interior cleaning comes with the risk of water mixing with electrics.

The Company will not be held responsible for any accidental damage caused by normal cleaning techniques, as the upmost care and precautions will have been taken and it will not be as a result of negligence.
Satisfaction Guarantee

The Company aims for complete customer satisfaction. If the Client is not satisfied with the services provided, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion.

The Company will endeavour to rectify any issues to the best of their ability.
Data Protection

The Company will collect and store personal information provided by the Client in accordance with data protection laws.

Personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients in advance.
By engaging the services of Immaculate Reflection, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
